SWING Seascape is an archiving solution for Lotus Notes (HCL Notes) that enables administrators to archive entire Notes applications, mail files, and other custom databases using a streamlined archiving process. At the core of the product is SWING Software’s proprietary PDF rendering engine, which converts Lotus Notes forms and emails into PDF files. Administrators can choose between deploying the exported database content via standalone Web Archives or in Microsoft SharePoint lists or libraries.
SWING PDF Converter
SWING PDF Converter enables Lotus Notes business users to convert their Lotus Notes documents and emails to PDF format easily and quickly, using a Notes toolbar add-on. It also comes with an API which allows Notes developers to add the PDF creation features to their applications with a few simple lines of code. Notes administrators can benefit by setting up automated server-side archiving jobs that export selected documents or emails to PDF files on a predetermined schedule.
SWING Porter for Outlook
SWING Porter for Outlook is an add-on solution for Microsoft Outlook that enables users to export Outlook emails, either individually or by folder, into a searchable compact PDF file with a built-in view. - Add automatically cover pages to your documents using a fully customized template.
- The template accepts Aconex metadata placeholders that will be replaced with real document metadata.
- The tool can also be used to create document review sheets or transmittal sheets.
Aconex - SQL Transfer Tool (for Power BI or Tableau reporting)
- Tool to continuously transfer your organization’s Aconex project metadata to an on-premises or Azure SQL database.
- It covers data from Aconex’s Document, Mail and Workflow modules, and will automatically create database tables to host Aconex data for multiple projects. Initially, all currently available data will be copied to the selected database, with only the new data being transferred subsequently.
- Reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau can be used for transferring Aconex SQL data.
Aconex – Archive Tool
- Create a complete or partial archive of your Aconex project data from document, packages, mail, workflow, and field modules.
- Backup includes all your metadata and files, including a formatted pdf file for each Aconex mail.
